Below you will find your personal fertility report, broken down into the top 13 categories that affect fertility health, and how you scored in each topic. Each section has an icon that is either green, yellow or red to indicate your score.














GREEN means "All good!" – you have minimal, if any, negative issues pertaining to that category.

Scoring in the YELLOW means "Be Cautious!" – receiving more than one yellow flag means consideration is definitely needed in that particular category, so it's important to heed the advice given. The Fertility Code program is highly recommended for you.

RED means "Pay Attention NOW!" – your fertility health is suffering and changes need to be made asap to prevent further harm to your fertility. The Fertility Code program is critical for you.
